One of those stars left is actor Tom Hanks who showed celebrities like the Kardashians what you are supposed to do.
Oscar winner actor Tom Hanks is giving back to those who deserve it most, our veterans.
Hanks, 66, who has starred in many military films across his forty-year career, announced the launch of Hanx For Our Troops. The company will benefit veterans and their families with 100% of all profits going toward foundations that support the veteran community.
Listed on the website are some of the foundations such as Headstrong, Hire Heroes USA, the Bob Woodruff Foundation, and Student Veterans of America.
In a press release, Hanks said, “We saw Hanx as a way to support Veterans and military families, as 100% of the profits go to organizations that have proven to be of great aid to those who have served our country. Good products for good reason.”
The company is beginning its goal with a product that is loved by many: coffee. The first three blends to be introduced are First Class Joe, SGT. Peppermint and Tom’s Morning Magic Blend.
Products will start to ship out in early December. Customers can choose from a variety of coffee types. Customers can choose between Coffee grounds, pods for machines, or instant coffee sticks.
As for “Tom’s Morning Magic Blend”, the website reads, “The malt is the kicker! I’ll never forget my first taste of coffee perfected with a little milk and a dash of chocolate malt. School mornings were never quite as dreary again. You’ll set your alarm early to savor this mystical elixir ASAP.”
