In an exclusive feature for CR Fashion Book’s 10th-anniversary issue, renowned actress Jennifer Aniston, 54, graces the cover, sharing her four cardinal rules for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The actress, celebrated for her timeless beauty and fitness, disclosed that she prioritizes hydration, daily physical activity, a diet rich in whole and fresh foods, and ample sleep.
“I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can.”
Aniston emphasized the significance of rest, acknowledging the challenge it poses in her busy life. “I feel it when I don’t get enough rest,” she candidly admitted. Beyond physical health, the actress also sheds light on the importance of mental well-being, revealing her intentional approach to screen time. “I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace,” she remarked, highlighting a preference for less cable news binge-watching.
“Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise,” the star added.
Discussing her fitness regimen, Aniston expressed enthusiasm for Pvolve, a science-led fitness method that integrates low-impact functional exercises with resistance-based equipment for comprehensive results. She spoke highly of the diverse and challenging classes, emphasizing that no two sessions are alike. Aniston credited Pvolve for rekindling her motivation to work out, noting increased strength and comfort in her body.
“I’ve been motivated to work out in a way I haven’t been in years,” she said. “I look forward to the challenging classes, and I feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I’m doing it. It’s different every time, I don’t think I’ve had the same class twice.”
For the CR Fashion Book cover shoot, Aniston was styled by Editor-in-Chief Carine Roitfeld, showcasing a Valentino ensemble consisting of a cropped shirt, trousers, and a loosely worn tie over a delicate Fleur du Mal bra. The black-and-white spread, skillfully captured by photographer Zoey Grossman, featured Aniston in various looks, ranging from a Bottega Veneta suit that elevated her A-list, beauty mogul status to oversized, ’90s-inspired silhouettes reminiscent of her iconic Friends-era style.
