Stamos, resplendent in a vibrant ’60s ensemble, danced the night away to the tunes of a Beatles tribute band and the iconic sounds of The Beach Boys. At one point, he even took the stage himself, strumming a colorful guitar and belting out melodies alongside his wife, Caitlin McHugh Stamos, who also rocked a ’60s-inspired outfit, and their adorable five-year-old son, William “Billy” Stamos.

The celebration featured heartfelt speeches, with Stamos expressing his gratitude and joy for the love and support he has received throughout his life. “This is my final birthday celebration! It’s not about age, but because my life is so fulfilling that each day feels like a birthday,” Stamos shared with partygoers. “It’s heartwarming that people want to celebrate me, but let’s wait till my 70th if it’s really necessary.”
