Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell had a father-son day out on the slopes in Aspen, Colorado on Wednesday. The 71-year-old escaped from New York along with his lookalike 36-year-old son who seemed to be having a blast as they carried their skis over their shoulders and headed toward the ski lift.
Kurt was dressed in an all-black snow ensemble with a matching puffer jacket, ski pants, and ski boots. He also had on a navy blue winter hat with a puffball hanging off the top and ski goggles on his forehead. Wyatt wore a blue ski jacket, bright orange ski pants, an orange helmet, and ski boots. He also had a pair of black gloves and a set of ski poles in his hand.
Kurt and his long-time partner Goldie Hawn have been vacationing at their home in Aspen for most of the holiday season, and their kids have also stopped in. Kate Hudson, the daughter of Goldie and the stepdaughter of Kurt, was seen in Aspen around Christmas taking part in a photoshoot with professional polo player Nacho Figueras and former Olympic snowboarder Shaun White. She also hit the shops several times with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa, their daughter Rani, and her mom.
Kurt and Goldie have been together since 1983 and have one biological son, Wyatt. The First Wives Club actress had her other two children Oliver, 46, and Kate, 41, with her first husband, Bill Hudson. Kurt also has another son, Boston, 42, from his first marriage to Season Hubley, who he was with from 1973 to 1983.
Wyatt has recently become known for his role in the Marvel Studios TV show The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. He played John Walker, also known as US Agent, who was one of the villains of the show and became the anti-Captain America character. It was confirmed at 2022’s D23 convention in September that his character would be returning in one of the upcoming Marvel films, The Thunderbolts. The film is scheduled to come out in 2024 and will star Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
It’s clear that Kurt and Wyatt had a great day out on the slopes together, and it’s also clear that the family is extremely proud of Wyatt’s success in the Marvel universe.
