Country music’s hottest couples walked the red carpet for the 56th Annual CMA Awards. The start studded ‘date night’ included Jelly Roll, Jake Owen, Jessie James Decker, and more as they walked the carpet with their significant others.
Jon Pardi and his pregnant wife Summer dazzled viewers as Summer showed off her baby bump in a white and silver cut-out gown. Pardi wore a black suit with a matching cowboy hat. The couple is expecting their first baby, a girl in February 2023.
Superstar Country Icon, Carrie Underwood wowed the crowd in a beautiful blue gown alongside her husband Mike Fisher. The V-neck dress with layers of blue fabric created a cinderella like vision of the singer. Underwood was nominated for Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.
‘Video of the year’ and ‘Single of the year’ winner, Cody Johnson walked hand in hand with his wife Brandi on the Red carpet. Johnson wore a gray tweed jacket and a black button-up with a white cowboy hat while Brandi was dressed in a beautiful black dress with mesh sleeves. Johnson won awards with his Single “‘Til You Can’t.”
New country artist, Parker McCollum accompanied by fiancée Hallie Ray Light gave the crowd a simple, classic look for the red carpet. McCollum wore an off-white suit jacket with a light blue button-up underneath. Of course, the classic look was completed with a black cowboy hat and jeans. Hallie was dressed in a simple but elegant red, satin dress. McCollum won the New Artist of the Year award.
The 2022 CMA Awards was co-hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning and was broadcasted live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. The show included star-studded collaborations from Kelsea Ballerini, Kelly Clarkson, and Carly Pearce along with many others. It also featured tributes to a few late starts such as Loretta Lynn and Jerry Lee Lewis.
