Nicole Kidman May Be Headed To An EGOT After A Spectacular Moment

Actress Nicole Kidman may be on her way to the coveted EGOT- Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony awards. The famous actress of many films including her new Amazon film, “Being the Ricardos,” showed off her singing skills on Instagram with a sneak peek of her new duet with Welsh actor and singer Luke Evans.

The duet performed a beautiful cover of “Say Something” from Evans’ upcoming album, “A Song For You,” which will be released on November 4.

Sharing the same video clip, Evans wrote on Instagram, “The song is so moving and beautiful to sing.”

He continued saying, “It was an absolute joy to finally hear Nicole’s, and my voice, together on this incredibly emotive track. Thank you again, Nicole, for saying yes to recording with me…!”

Their version of this loved song by the two actors touched many of Kidman’s friends and fans alike.

“This is so beautiful Nic!!” Kidman’s close friend and actor Naomi Watts commented.

Ariana DeBose, star in “West Side Story” also commented with multiple raising hand emojis saying, “Sing beauty!”

Fans also commented that Kidman needed more than just praise from them.

One fan wrote, “It’s time for Nicole Kidman to get her grammy!!”

“Oh she’s coming for that EGOT,” another said.

Nicole Kidman is halfway to the coveted status of an EGOT with one Oscar and two Emmys. Kidman also has six Golden Glove awards.

Kidman, who is married to country icon Keith Urban, joined her husband for a holiday duet during the pandemic lockdowns in December 2020.

Kidman’s duet with Evan’s isn’t the first time she has performed vocally, she showed off her vocal skills in 2001’s “Moulin Rouge”. Kidman sang two unforgettable duets with Ewan McGregor, performing “Come What May” and “One Day I’ll Fly Away.”

Kidman might not have long before she can boast about having the EGOT!
