Shocking Accident at Grand Canyon Results in Fatalities!

Northern Arizona witnessed a devastating incident on Tuesday when a bus carrying 57 passengers rolled over near the Grand Canyon, resulting in one fatality and more than 50 injuries. The accident occurred within the Grand Canyon Resort Corp Circle in Terminal 1 at Grand Canyon West, as stated in a press release by the Hualapai Emergency Operations.

At approximately 9:50 a.m., Hualapai Emergency Services received an alert about the bus rollover, prompting an immediate response from various emergency services and medical flight agencies. Among those arriving at the scene were Hualapai Emergency Services, GCW Air Rescue Fire, Lake Mohave Ranchos Fire Department, Northern Arizona Consolidated Fire Department, AMR ambulances, and Bullhead Fire Department.

Eight of the injured passengers were swiftly airlifted to nearby hospitals for urgent medical attention, while the remaining victims were transported by ground to medical facilities. As of the initial report, the identities of the deceased and specific details regarding the injured individuals have not been disclosed to the public.

The Hualapai Emergency Operations confirmed one fatality as a result of the rollover.
