Hall Makes Allegation Against Ex-Husband

Hello everyone! Grab your popcorn because Christina Hall’s impending divorce from Josh Hall is turning into a real-life drama, and it just got even messier.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the HGTV star has accused her estranged husband of transferring $35,000 of her money into his personal bank account right after they filed for divorce earlier this month.

In these documents, Christina stated, “On July 21, 2024, I learned that on July 8, 2024, which is the day after I communicated to Josh that I would be filing for dissolution, Josh contacted my professional property manager via text and stated, ‘Hi. For June payments, can we please get it sent to a different account when it’s time? Thank you.'”

Christina and Josh both filed for divorce on July 7 in Orange County, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The very next day, Josh allegedly moved the money.

Christina was shocked by this move and said, “Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account. I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.”

The drama doesn’t stop there. Christina expressed her concern over Josh’s actions, especially since he cited July 8 as their separation date, while she noted it as July 7. She added, “It makes me wonder what else I am not aware of as it relates to his financial situation and that is why I am having a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of our marriage.”

Despite the ongoing legal tussle, Christina insists that Josh “should not need” spousal support, highlighting that he has his own income. She acknowledged that the court might require her to pay some support and attorney’s fees but believes that the fees should be minimal given the straightforward nature of their case.

Adding to the intrigue, Josh recently posted a photo of himself with a praying hands emoji, leaving followers speculating about its meaning.

Christina Hall’s current predicament marks her third trip down the aisle. Her first marriage to Tarek El Moussa ended in 2018, and they share two children, Taylor and Brayden. Her second marriage to Ant Anstead concluded in June 2021, and they have a two-year-old son, Hudson.

Stay tuned, folks, because it looks like this celebrity divorce saga is just getting started!
